The sagger feeding system includes a buffer silo, and the discharge end of the buffer silo is connected to the spiral feeding device through a hose. A cylinder plugging plate is provided at the end of the spiral feeding device. The discharge port of the spiral feeding device is connected to the quantitative barrel through a connecting pipe. A pneumatic piston valve is provided in the quantitative barrel. A weight sensor is connected to the outer wall of the quantitative barrel. The weight sensor is connected to the servo motor through a lifting rod. The discharge port of the quantitative barrel cooperates with the sagger through a hose. The sagger is placed on a transfer roller. A photoelectric sensor is provided below the quantitative barrel on the transfer roller. A grid plate that cooperates with the sagger is provided on the transfer roller.
The discharge end of the buffer silo is provided with a rotating shaft. The side wall of the hose is provided with a vibration module I controlled by a controller. The side wall of the hose is also provided with a bypass pipe. The movable end of the bypass pipe is connected to the spiral feeding device. The utility model overcomes the problem that the existing feeding device is prone to inaccurate feeding weight control and blockage.
